Crispy Kale Chips
1 fresh bunch of curly kale
Spices of choice
Sea or Himalayan Salt
1. Tear the leaves off the stalks into bite size chunks.
2. In a bowl mix 1-2 tbsp of coconut or olive oil with spices of your choice (ie. sea salt, smoked paprika or finely grated Parmesan & chopped fresh rosemary or create your own mix!) toss with Kale leaves.
3. Lay out separately on a baking sheet, bake on low heat for 10 mins or until crisp - turning once.
4. Leave to cool & voila! Enjoy!
