As you may, or may not, know October is Organic Awareness Month.

So to celebrate this we've decided to bring you 30 days of organic news, tips, recipes and good ol' information. Some of it will be posted here on our website (when there's too much to fit on our Instagram posts) but to follow along with every day's tip it is best to follow us on;

We look forward to journeying with you!

Day 4 - Organic nuts are an excellent source of protein & nutrients. It's easy to make your own toasted trail mix. Here's a mix I made today ... With organic almonds, cashews, sesame seeds, macadamias, pumpkin & sunflower seeds. Adding a splash of organic tamari and roasting on low heat in the oven for 10 mins (stirring once or twice) YUM!
