Product Ordering Steps
In order to serve you best we have streamlined our product shipping service to every Tuesday. Please see the following 5 simple steps for easy product ordering:
- Please place your order either via phone, email or text by Friday evening. If you would like us to keep your credit card details on file we can automatically process payment, alternatively you will need to put payment through over the phone before the products will be shipped.
- We receive our orders every Monday so your products will be shipped every Tuesday. Make sure to order new products at least one week before you run out so you can remain on your treatment protocol.
- Shipping prices & turn around times: Brisbane & surrounding suburbs - $10.50 Same day - 24 hour delivery with Fastway courier. / Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast - $15.50 24 hour delivery with Fastway courier. / Interstate - $10.50 - $15.50 (depending on weight) Overnight express with Australia Post.
- IMPORTANT: When your package arrives, if you have noticed the package is damaged in any way please refuse to sign for the package. If you sign for the package you will automatically void our shipping insurance and we will not be able to refund you the cost of any damaged supplements. It is very important to check the package and products BEFORE signing.
- Authority to Leave: If you will not be home when the package is to arrive you may instruct us to give the courier permission to leave the package without requiring a signature. If you do this we suggest you ensure you have a undercover space for the courier to leave the package that will be safe from sun, rain and theft. Please note: If the package is stolen or damaged and you gave permission to leave without a signature we will not be able to offer you refunds as our shipping insurance is voided when you give permission to leave.
