Angela’s Fresh Delicious Juice


2 organic carrots (skin on)
1 organic cucumber (skin on)
½ organic beetroot (skin on)
1 stalk of organic celery
½ organic red apple (Skin on)
1 inch thick piece of organic ginger (or to taste)


1. Rinse ingredients, leave skin on (lots of nutrients are found in the skin), cutting to size as necessary.
2. Place in the juicer one at a time.
3. Drink and enjoy your juice within 15 minutes of making (to keep all the good enzymes and nutrients alive)


You can experiment with your own variations adding things like mint, limes, lemons, broccoli, kale, spinach, watermelon, pear, orange. Have fun with it. Try new combinations.

Note Please be wary of adding lots of fruit, as fruit is high in a simple sugar called fructose, which can have detrimental effects on health when over consumed. Best to aim for 1 piece of fruit or less per juice. Also it is highly recommended to juice ORGANIC produce as juicing concentrates the compounds, so with non-organic produce you are compounding the chemical sprays on the food (pesticides, herbicides, insecticides etc) and these can be very detrimental to your health. If you can’t get organic at least soak your produce in water and apple cider vinegar for 15 mins before you juice to remove some of the chemicals.
