ANGELA’S RAW 60 SECOND BERRY JAM

Ingredients

1 cup of Berries
1 tbsp chai seeds
1 tsp honey
1 Clean glass jar 

Instructions

1. Simply toss 1 cup of your favorite berries into a blender with 1 tbsp of chia seeds, and 1 tsp of honey.
2. Blend, pour into a jar and place in the fridge over night.

The chia seeds create a lovely jelly like texture to the sweetness of the berries and honey. Fresh, easy, and free of any sugar or nasties!
