Additional ingredients to play with
Cinnamon & other spices, Pepitas, Buckwheat groats, Puffed Millet, Puffed Rice, Puffed Amaranth, Quinoa flakes, Goji Berries, Cacao nibs, Pecans, Macadamia, Walnuts (or any of your favorite nuts!) LSA, Lecithin, A few Dried Blueberries, High Quality Protein Powder + more
Words of wisdom
Aim for little or no dried fruit in your muesli, as dried fruit contains large amounts of a sugar called “fructose” which is hard for your body to digest and utilize, can spike your sugar levels, and can cause gastrointestinal trouble in sensitive individuals.
