Angela's Choc Nutty Bliss Balls

Angela's CHOC-NUTTY BLISS BALLS

Ingredients

1 cup pitted dates
4 tbsp raw cacao
1 tbsp pure organic peanut butter (or other nut butter)
2/3 cup hazelnut meal
1/3 cup LSA (Linseed, Sunflower & Almond)
1 tbsp chai seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
Dash of vanilla

Really you can just omit or add any ingredients or super-foods that strike your fancy from goji berries, cacao nibs to maca, mesquite or any nuts of choice. Play around with flavors and have fun!

Instructions

1. Soak pitted dates in a small amount of hot/boiling water for 15 minutes to soften. Then drain away water. (Alternatively you can buy mejulii dates which are already soft and ready to go)
2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined.
3. Scoop out paste and roll into bite size balls.
4. Roll in extra coconut to coat.
