21: Healthy Party Tips

Have you ever wondered how you can host a party without blowing out your healthy lifestyle? As we all know parties are notorious for overdoing it on the 'junk foods', soft drinks, sugar and other not-so-good-for-you foods. So this week as we were celebrating 4th of July (Independence Day) with our own party, we wanted to share some simple tips with you showing you easy ways you can take a party and boost the nutrition whilst having just as much fun. Angela highlights some simple swaps to boost the nutrition of your party/finger food and drink while lowering the potential junk food overload.
