31: Improving Your Sleep

This is part 2 in our Sleep Series. Last week Angela looked at what happens when we sleep and explained for us how sleep cycles work. This week she shares with us practical tips and steps we can take to directly improve the quality of our sleep including our ability to fall asleep easily.

She explains how computers, ipads, TVs and strong lights can block our sleep hormones, why it's important to create consistency with sleep and ways we can calm our mind and nervous system to get to sleep easily.
