3 Take Away Keys
Herbs have extensive healing properties, try using herbs in cooking food, herbal teas, and liquid preparations to improve specific conditions or for overall health.
Herbs are biocompatible with the body so there will be less side effects than drugs
Be careful, don’t rush in – check for any possible interactions with current medications you are on, start with small doses (or just herbal tea’s to begin!) and work your way up… start with uplifting, gentle tonifying herbs first and then move on to more cleansing herbs once your body is ready.
